Question:  I believe my project is ready.  What now?

Answer:  When your project is ready for stucco, please contact us. However, before you do so, please consider the following questions:

1. Are all WINDOWS AND DOORS installed?
    
2. Do we have ELECTRICITY to work with?
    
3. Is the PLUMBING in?
    
4. Is there RUNNING WATER?
    
   1. How many SPIGOTS?
   2. Is there good PRESSURE?
       
5. Has SHEET METAL been installed?
    
   1. Wall to Roof FLASHING
   2. Chimney FLASHING
       
6. Is the AIR CONDITIONING installed?
    
   1. A/C STUBOUTS?
       
7. Is the Job Site ACCESSIBLE/CLEAN
    
   1. Is all carpenter PICKUP WORK completed?
   2. Backing in the lids?
   3. GABLE VENTS installed?
   4. Backing in the SOFFITS?
   5. Any missing POSTS?

A number of people say they are ‘ready’ and these items have not been satisfied… Fulfilling the above mentioned questions saves time and money for both parties.  When you are able to answer “yes” to all of these questions – Congratulations!  You are now ready.  Contact us and we will schedule to begin your project.
